Employee Opening Balances
An interface is provided to capture the employee opening balances details. The as on date balances of the employees in terms of his Leaves, Loans, Med claim, PF and ESIC details will be captured and the same will be updated to the employee database after the approval. Rsmart will perform the transaction calculation by considering the opening balances, for the future employee transactions.
Employee master data migration
Employee master data template will be provided to the customer. It will be a spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel) and the customer will provide all the available data in the prescribed format and the same will be migrated into the system.
Rsmart HR covers all the required standard, MIS and statutory reports for an organization. The user definable report writer helps the user to generate the customized reports as per their requirements.
Technical Overview of the Solution
Operating System
The Central Host server will reside on a Windows 2000 Operating System, while the Front End will reside on any machine, which supports the Internet Explorer latest version.
Database
The proposed application will be on RDBMS chosen by the client (Oracle 9i / MS SQL Server). RDBMS manages resources optimally among multiple clients that concurrently request the same resource from the server. In addition, it provides various features such as retrieval of Data, Data Security and Data Integrity.
User Front-end
A GUI based thin client application will be the front-end component of the system. At every client workstation, Internet Explorer latest version, browser will be required.
